This will be a matched whisky supper with an unmatched view as Fable Melbourne collaborates with Australia’s most awarded whisky distillery Starward for a three-course supper.

The Fable x Starward Supper offers lovers of the storied spirit a Starward whisky cocktail on arrival followed by a three-course seasonal dinner by Fable’s Michelin-starred chef Alex Xinis. Each course will be paired to a select whisky from the award-winning range. The evening will be hosted by Starward’s own Matty Follent, along with Fable Chef Alex Xinis. At Fable, venue manager and notable mixologist Alessandro Nardini (Beneath Driver Lane) and Michelin-starred chef Alex Xinis (Melbourne Press Club) have designed menus driven by seasonality with a strong emphasis on vegan and gluten-free offerings.
