Tequila is so underrated – and even demonised – in my book. Give one of the greatest cocktails of all time the respect it deserves for Margarita Day tomorrow. Here’s your mini-guide on where to celebrate in Melbourne! And if you’re making your own at home, try to shop and drink local (that means sourcing Australia owned tequila like Tromba and an Australian made triple sec like Marionette’s).
