I hear kingfish tacos with lime, salsa verde and chipotle mayo, sesame-crusted tuna steak burgers and smoked baby back ribs with applewood and a Texas mop sauce will all be on the grill. Could your dad resist a hokey-pokey ice-cream sandwich made with choc chip cookies for dessert? I, of course, recommend their most manly cocktail the New York Sour (rye whiskey, lemon, egg whites, cabernet merlot)
