Tickets for Good Beer Week have just gone on sale today and some sessions have already started to sell out. With so much to choose from, here’s a handy guide to the most spirited events to rsvp for at GBW 2021! Naturally, there will be much beer. But there will also be plenty of whisky, tequila, mezcal, cocktails and even the odd amaro to explore.
COCKTAIL CRAFT
Learn how to make three cocktails over canapes at ‘The Crafty Cockt’ale Masterclass’ closer to home, or make a day of it and head down the Bellarine Peninsula to a regional ‘Beer Cocktail Making’ class. ‘Beers of Curiosity & Decadence’ will see you tasting exclusive brews, exploring the factors that affect flavour and how to utilise them in cocktails. Meanwhile, ‘Beer & Cocktails | Cocktails & Beers’ will feature a limited-time-only drinks menu bursting with beer-laced cocktails.
