The inaugural ‘Serves of the State‘ is here.
On now until Feb 1, the project sees 15 of Melbourne and regional Victoria’s best venues serve up a trio (each) of unique, limited-time-only cocktails. Each drink features a different spirit from one of 45 local distilleries. That means 45 distinct cocktails to taste this summer only!
Pop into Cumulus Inc., Black Kite Commune, Gemini, Farmer’s Daughters Rooftop, Gin Palace, Blackbird, Hotel Railway Brunswick, The Lincoln, Tzaki, Bar Ampere, Le Bar Supper Club, Bar Clara, Renard, Brae or Daisy anytime. And ask for their Serves of the State menu.
If you’ve friends visiting for the Australian Open, what better way for them to explore the flavours of our home. And, if you vote for your favourite concoction, you could win a private day trip for four to the country to visit a handful of distilleries as hand-picked and guided by Vic Distilled ambassador, all-round good egg, and cocktail expert Tayla Kendall. The most popular drink will be crowned as the first-ever Cocktail Serve of the State.
